Following in the footsteps of Porrentruy in 2021, St-Ursanne is to host the Gourmet Secret Tour. The activity has been made possible thanks to the collaboration of several local players: the Yerli bakery, the bookshop-café Le vent se lève, the hotel-restaurant Peanut Medieval Lodge, the hotel-restaurant La Couronne and the brewery Tonnebière. Along the way, participants in the Secret Gourmet Tour can enjoy a piece of cloister cake and savoury flutes, a Jurassic Soda, a Jura foccacia, an aperitif plate with local charcuterie and cheese, and a selection of beers or apple juice.
